I’ve ordered from Crowfoot Panda Flowers two times now and they have been great! The best part is once I place the order, this is the only place I know 100% it’ll be delivered in a timely manner and I don’t have to do ANYTHING. I place the order and then that’s all, I can fully trust that it’s no longer in my hands and I know with them it won’t be a headache. The flowers from Crowfoot Panda are always way better then expected and last for a good 1-2 weeks.

The flowers were beautiful, but deliveree organized to pick them up, and you still tried to deliver them. She ended up picking the flowers up from your location, as she wanted. However, you never offered to refund the $15 for delivery that I paid for. That was dissapointing.

After leaving a detailed message of what flowers we wanted for our daughter's 1st wedding anniversary (after a year of cancer treatment) , we were disappointed that the arrangement was less than satisfactory. Even though they didn't have the flower we had requested, they didn't take the time to call and provide an alternative selection. When we called about it, we got a 'sorry about that' and no offer of a voucher or any other compensation. If this was the 'florists choice option' then it was a poor choice. We will not be returning customers.

My Mothers funeral was on Saturday (Bonnie) I spoke with Michelle in Corporate office to have 2 bouquets sent to Mckinnis & Holloway. I wasn’t sure who to call for this as I live out of town. I’m sure the bouquet I’m sending will be beautiful. However, the lady that served me at the counter was not a pleasant person. Also, she copied the address down wrong, and so they had to call me to get the correct address. She copied the address down off of my phone. I’m stressed about this, because this was a very sad and tragic thing thing that I was sending the flowers for! And…. No apology at all for this mistake.

While the quantity of flowers delivered was appropriate for the cost, it did not resemble the arrangement I selected in any way. This seems typical of most floral orders I've placed anywhere so Crowfoot did better than most for at least delivering in volume (there's no place to upload a photo here). As the recipient was happy (not knowing what had been ordered), I've rated Crowfoot much higher than any other florist with which I have done business.

It is very hard to know exactly what you are getting when you order online and I have had some disappointing experiences. That is not the case this time. I was disappointed. The corsage was beautiful however, I had ordered something more simple and elegant. We had come in to pick out all the flowers and ribbon, however they added double the roses and changed the color of ribbon without calling to see if I would agree with their changes. Truly sad that they did not check to see if it would fit what we had envisioned.

I ordered a spring display to cheer someone up. What should have had dark pink at the bottom with yellow tulips rising up became a totally red display, looking more like winter than spring. While I understand the need for substitutions, I would have appreciated a call as I would have ordered something different. This substitution completely change the bouquet which had been carefully chosen for a discouraged and beloved niece who was a teacher quarantined for the 4 time and who was going to have to spend her Easter break alone.

My only disappointment was that the flower shop completely truncated the note that I written that was within the 140? character limitation indicated and approved on line. And they didn’t even include who the flowers and chocolates were from in the card. Unfortunately the “love language” of the recipient were words of affirmation, and they were not included in the note, so the entire sentiment was pretty much lost on this $150 endeavour... My daughter has always, at least ten years, ordered flowers for me from her home in Germany. Both of us have been very happy with your arrangements but this time I was disappointed. The roses were lovely, very dark red with beautiful scent . They were mixed with dark chrysanthemums and purple flowers. The whole effect , particularly being wrapped in purple was more funereal than a happy birthday feel, dark and somber . I said so to my husband and he replied that he agreed but had not liked to say.
